Seminole County, by the record
Property, the courts and county government all leave public records. Here is where each is kept, and what the Florida desk will read.

Property taxes in Florida are levied by counties, cities, school boards and special districts on the taxable value of real estate. The county property appraiser sets values each year, each taxing authority sets its tax rate at public hearings, and the county tax collector sends the bills. Many exemptions and assessment limits, including the homestead exemption, are written into the Florida Constitution, so changing them takes a vote of the people. Dorworth News covers property taxes from appraiser rolls, rate resolutions, ballot language and legislative records.
